Acknowledgements

Standing & Jurisdiction. I acknowledge that the Soteria Covenant is a private ecclesiastical non-commercial trust, that my membership is a voluntary covenantal relationship and not a state-conferred status or commercial service, and that internal disputes shall be adjudicated by the Soteria Tribunal under its equity-based procedure, except where positive law requires recourse elsewhere for the safety of the parties. Biometric & Data Consent. I understand that the Covenant collects my biometric identifiers (face vector; voice vector if provided) for my own protection — so that no one else may impersonate me within Covenant systems and that my standing, signature, and acts cannot be forged. I consent to the encrypted storage of these identifiers, together with my personal information and submitted documents, on the Covenant's private infrastructure, processed only by Covenant trustees and stewards under duty, with no third-party processors and no commercial use. I acknowledge that my face and voice, once captured, are recognised as my protected audiovisual performance under the WIPO Beijing Treaty on Audiovisual Performances (2012), the WIPO Performances and Phonograms Treaty (WPPT, 1996), and the Rome Convention (1961); that biometric data uniquely identifying me is special-category personal data under Council of Europe Convention 108+ (Article 6) and, where applicable, GDPR Article 9(2)(a); and that my privacy in this matter is further protected under ICCPR Article 17, UDHR Article 12, and UNESCO Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights Article 9. The Covenant holds my biometric data in trust under the terms of these instruments, and I retain the right to request access, rectification, or erasure of my biometric record at any time, subject only to the Covenant's obligation to preserve evidence of acts already sealed to the public ledger. Hold Harmless & No Warranty. I release, hold harmless, and indemnify the Soteria Covenant Trust, its trustees, stewards, officers, and member-volunteers from any claim arising from my voluntary use of Covenant infrastructure or services, except for claims arising from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of the Covenant's own published policies. I understand that Covenant services are provided on an "as-available" basis without warranty of uninterrupted operation, and that I bear my own risk of loss for matters within my control (key custody, device security, lawful conduct). Truthful Application & Good-Faith Standing. I declare in good faith that the information submitted is true and accurate, that I apply in my own personal and lawful capacity, that I am not acting on behalf of any state, agency, hostile party, or undisclosed principal, and that I understand any material misrepresentation may result in denial of enrollment, revocation of standing, or referral to the Tribunal.
